Description
Running a Ford 1.9L in your 1.5 stock class hydro? Struggling with the stock EEC ecu and inconsistent engine operation? We’ve got the fix here. This PNP kit is built in house by racers for racers. Based upon the MaxxECU Street standalone engine management ECU which is packed with features. We then build a fully jacketed race harness that eliminates all unnecessary items like emissions devices and transmission inputs. We also eliminate the problem prone Ford DIS ignition and replace it with a cheap, easy to find GM LS coil pack assembly. Not only does this eliminate the DIS wasted spark coil, but also the DIS ignition module that is known for failing when your in the thick of it and you also gain a much hotter ignition spark. By eliminating the DIS and going to GM LS coils, your 1.9L is now fully sequential meaning it only fires the ignition coil and fuel injector for the cylinder currently doing work.

We’ve broken the harness into two parts, interior portion and exterior portion. The interior portion consist of a 36″ lead that connects the ECU too a water tight bulkhead. There is also a small relay panel that resides inside the capsule. The exterior portion is the main engine harness which connects to the water tight bulkhead connector.
The Entire kit has been designed to be as easy to install and wire up as possible. Aside from the main engine connectors (Injectors, crank position, Cam position, TPS, IAT, and CLT) we have a new connector that connects into the OEM GM LS coil pack assembly, and oil temperature sensor, oil pressure, fuel pressure, a spare temperature input, a spare digital signal input, engine ground, battery power, and fuel pump. On the interior harness there are three wires to hook up, tach signal if your running a tachometer, ignition power feed and ignition enable. To turn the system on, you simply connect these two wires to each other via rocker or toggle switch.
All kits come with ECU, one interior harness, one exterior harness, one relay and fuse panel, two pressure sensor for oil and fuel, two liquid temp sensor for coolant and oil, an air temp sensor and a wideband oxygen sensor.
LS Coil pack assembly is not included but can be sourced at any wrecking yard, Ebay, LKQ, etc.
